Slack
Connect Slack to share standups, start discussions, and deliver summaries where the team already communicates.
Install Slack
Installing Slack requires Slack Workspace Admin access. Select the install button to authorize the app for your Slack workspace.
Install on Slack
After installation, workspace admins can manage the integration from Slack integration settings and uninstall it when the workspace no longer needs Slack delivery.
What Slack adds
Slack supports four main workflows: inviting teammates, running standups, discussing work, and asking the bot for an update.
The @one bot can answer work questions, help people manage work in direct messages, and invite teammates into workflows.
AI-generated Slack answers and summaries can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a starting point and verify anything important before acting on it.
Team channel
Link a Slack channel to a team so reminders, summaries, and notifications reach the right audience.
Standup notifications can include a prep message before standup and a channel reminder when standup is about to start. For setup details, use Slack Standups.
Task context
Paste a work URL into Slack and it expands into a rich card with title, status, and description. From any work item in the dashboard, start a Slack discussion and keep the thread linked to the item.
Direct message commands include /reset to clear the current bot conversation and /one-horizon-help for commands, support, and help links.
Ask @one questions such as what did I work on today? or when is the next standup? to get a Slack answer from workspace data.
Slack powers Slack Standups and Slack Discussions.
