Enterprise Integrations
One Horizon has two types of integrations: workspace-level ones that an admin installs once for the whole org, and personal ones that each user connects themselves.
Workspace-level integrations
Installed once by a workspace admin. Individual users can't install or remove them.
Slack
Installing the Slack integration requires Slack Workspace Admin access. A regular Slack member cannot authorize the OAuth app.
Once connected, the @one bot is available in your workspace. Team members can ask it questions, log work, and check task status without leaving Slack. The bot also sends pre-standup recaps and reminders to configured channels, and can post team recaps automatically.
Install it from Settings > Integrations > Slack.
See Slack Integration for setup instructions and configuration options.
GitHub PR Bot
Installing the GitHub PR Bot requires GitHub Organization Owner access. An organization member cannot install GitHub Apps on behalf of the organization.
Once installed, the bot writes a structured summary at the top of every pull request. PR activity also feeds into cycle time, lead time, and PR volume metrics in Team Insights.
Install it from Settings > Integrations > GitHub PR Bot. You'll be asked which GitHub organizations and repositories to grant access to.
See GitHub Integration for full setup instructions.
Personal integrations
Each user connects these themselves. No admin action needed, though if your GitHub org requires OAuth app approval, an org owner will need to approve it before members can connect.
| Integration | What it does |
|---|---|
| GitHub (personal) | Tracks code commits from the user's connected organizations |
| Linear | Syncs issues and project work from the user's Linear account |
| Jira | Syncs issues and tickets from the user's Jira account |
| Google Calendar | Shows calendar events in the user's recap and standup context |
Users are prompted to connect these during onboarding when they accept their invite. They can also connect or update them later from Settings > Integrations in their own account.
Managing integration access
Workspace admins can review and revoke workspace-level integration access from Settings > Integrations. Individual users manage their personal integrations from their own account settings.
