Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar so meetings, events, attendees, and standup schedules can inform daily planning and updates.

What calendar adds

Google Calendar events can appear in daily plans and recaps when meetings affect the day.

Calendar events in the recap are filtered to the relevant near-term window so the daily view stays focused on immediate commitments.

Standup scheduling

Team admins can sync a standup with a Google Calendar recurring event. Setup can adopt an existing event's time, create a new calendar event from the standup schedule, or link to an existing one.

Meeting context

Calendar context helps distinguish planned focus time, meetings, and team events from other work. Clear event titles and descriptions make recaps and handoffs easier to understand.

Connect only the calendars that should inform work planning. Private calendar details should stay private in Google Calendar; use clear work-event titles when the event is meant to appear in team context.

Calendar context matters most in Plan today's work and Standups.
