Search

Search finds work in the current workspace without switching views. Open it from the sidebar search control, or press Cmd + K on macOS and Ctrl + K on Windows or Linux.

Selecting a result opens that initiative, bug, feature request, ongoing work item, or day task in its detail view.

What appears

Results stay inside the workspace you currently have open. To search another workspace, switch workspaces first.

The default type filters include Initiatives, Ongoing work, Bugs, bug reports, and feature requests. Day tasks can also be selected from the type filter when you need personal tasks or completed tasks.

Filters

A text query is optional when filters are specific enough. Without filters, search starts after two characters.

Filters include:

  • Type
  • Assignee
  • Owner
  • Team, when the workspace has more than one team
  • Status
  • Taxonomy: Goals, Companies, Products, Skills, and Topics

Search remembers the query, selected types, filters, and results per workspace so you can return to the same search later.
