Search
Search finds work in the current workspace without switching views. Open it from the sidebar search control, or press Cmd + K on macOS and Ctrl + K on Windows or Linux.
Selecting a result opens that initiative, bug, feature request, ongoing work item, todo, or completed task in its detail view.
What appears
Results stay inside the workspace you currently have open. To search another workspace, switch workspaces first.
The default type filters include Initiatives, Ongoing work, Bugs, bug reports, and feature requests. Select todos or completed tasks from the type filter when you need personal work or finished work.
Task IDs
Copy a task ID from any task detail view with Copy ID in the panel header or from the task more menu (⋯). Paste a full task ID, such as tskSUVHR_GywAJD, into search to open that work item directly. Search matches the ID exactly and returns at most one result. Partial IDs are treated as text search instead.
Filters
A text query is optional when filters are specific enough. Without filters, search starts after two characters.
Filters include:
- Type
- Assignee
- Owner
- Team, when the workspace has more than one team
- Status
- Taxonomy: Goals, Companies, Products, Skills, and Topics
Search remembers the query, selected types, filters, and results per workspace so you can return to the same search later.
