Notification Types

Use Notification Types to understand email, Slack, standup reminders, scheduled reports, and webhook-style events.

Product notifications

Type	Recipient
Standup reminders	Standup participants before the meeting starts.
Standup summaries	Team channels or participants after updates are submitted.
Team updates	Team members or channels that need periodic progress.
Work summaries	Individuals receiving scheduled summaries of completed work.
Membership events	Workspace owners or team admins when people join or leave.
Scheduled reports	Slack channels or email recipients on a configured schedule.

Automation notifications

Webhooks notify external systems about workspace events. Agent webhooks can notify cloud workers about profile, worker, session, claim, and activity transitions.
