Settings & Configuration

Configure your team's standup meetings to fit your team's schedule and preferences. These settings help ensure consistent, well-timed meetings that work for everyone.

Basic Settings

Enable/Disable Standups

  • Toggle on/off - Enable or disable standups for the team
  • Delete standup - You can always add it again from the team settings

Schedule Configuration

  • Meeting days - Choose which days to hold standups
  • Start time - Set the meeting time
  • Timezone - Select the primary timezone of the team

Calendar Integration

Google Calendar Sync

  • Automatic creation - Standups appear in team calendars
  • Meeting links - Direct integration with Google Meet
  • Reminder notifications - Calendar-based reminders
  • Conflict detection - Warn about scheduling conflicts

Calendar Settings

  • Calendar selection - Choose which calendar to use
  • Event visibility - Control who can see standup events
  • Description format - Customize event descriptions
  • Attendee management - Automatic team member inclusion

Team Integrations

Slack Integration

  • Channel selection - Choose the team's Slack channel
  • Notification timing - When to send Slack reminders
  • Meeting links - Direct links to standup meetings
