Triage
Triage is a shared workspace view for reviewing and processing incoming work before it enters execution.
What appears in Triage
Triage shows all tasks assigned to you that are in In Review status, plus issues from connected tools where you're listed as a reviewer. This covers work across GitHub, Jira, Linear, and any other connected integrations.
The list is sorted by most recent activity by default. Use the search bar to find specific items, or apply filters to narrow by type, team, or status.
Creating triage items
Click the add button in the Triage header to create a new item. You can create a Task, Bug, or Initiative directly. The item is created in In Review status and appears in the queue immediately.
Managing items
From the Triage list, click any item to open its detail panel. From there you can:
- Change its status to move it forward or back
- Reassign ownership
- Add comments or start a Slack discussion
- Link it to a parent initiative
- Update labels, teams, and other fields
- Copy a direct link to the item
Items move out of Triage automatically when their status is updated to something other than In Review.
Triage shows work assigned to you specifically. To see all in-review work across the workspace, use Workspace Search with a status filter.
