Workspaces
Workspaces are the primary organizational unit in One Horizon. Each workspace represents a separate organization or company using the platform.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a self-contained environment where teams, members, and projects are organized. Workspaces allow you to:
- Organize teams and members into logical groups
- Manage permissions and access controls
- Track work and initiatives across multiple products
Switching Workspaces
You can switch between workspaces by clicking on your profile in the bottom left corner of the navigation. This allows you to access different organizational contexts and manage work across multiple workspaces.
Demo Workspace
You can also navigate to a demo workspace with sample data, which provides a safe environment to explore and experiment with One Horizon features without affecting your actual work data.
Workspace search
Workspace search helps you find work without switching views. It searches tasks, bugs, feature requests, and initiatives in the current workspace.
You can open it from the search control in the left navigation or with Cmd + K on macOS and Ctrl + K on Windows/Linux.
How it works
Type at least 2 characters to start searching. Results include the work item title, status, type, and a short snippet when available.
You can also search by filters only, even when the text query is empty.
Filters
Use filters to narrow results by:
- Type (initiatives, ongoing work, bugs, bug reports, feature requests, day tasks)
- Assignee
- Owner
- Team
- Status
- Taxonomy labels
The selected query and filters are saved per workspace, so you can close search and continue where you left off.
If all types are unselected, search does not return results until you reselect at least one type.
