Team Settings

Team settings allow you to customize how your team works together, from basic information to advanced integrations and workflows.

Creating a Team

  1. Navigate to the Settings -> Teams section
  2. Click "Create Team"
  3. Set team name, icon, and Slack channel
  4. Invite team members

Joining a Team

When someone invites you to a team, you'll get a Slack or email notification with a link/button to join. Accepting the invite is all you need to do!

Slack Integration

Connect your team to a Slack channel for seamless communication:

Setup Process

  1. Connect Slack: Authorize One Horizon to access your workspace
  2. Select Channel: Choose the primary team channel

Available Features

  • Daily Summaries: Post team recaps to Slack
  • Standup Reminders: Notify team about upcoming meetings
  • Task Updates: Share important task changes
  • Team Insights: Post weekly productivity reports

Standup Configuration

In the team settings you can see if a standup is enabled for the team. If not, a team admin can add one here. If the team is using a standup, team admins can configure it in the standup settings.

Deleting a Team

⚠️ Warning: Deleting a team is permanent and cannot be undone. However, you can always create a new team.

To delete a team, click on the menu and press "Delete Team".
