Worked On

The team "Worked On" view provides visibility into what each team member accomplished over recent days. This helps identify collaboration opportunities, track progress, and understand team dynamics.

Team activity overview

Daily summaries show what each team member worked on, organized by day. Individual activity displays work from connected integrations like GitHub, Linear, and Jira, plus manually entered tasks. Each team member's contributions are clearly organized and easy to scan.

Navigation and filtering

Date navigation lets you browse previous weeks using the navigation buttons, or jump back to today's activity with a single click. Search and filtering allow you to focus on specific team members by name or filter activity by text content to explore particular topics or projects.

AI-powered team summaries

With teams the One Horizon AI engine generates team summaries. Team summaries appear at the top of the worked-on view, offering intelligent analysis of what the entire team accomplished over the past few days.

Here you can go and see at a glance what all team members have worked on the past few days. The One Horizon AI engine automatically generates intelligent summaries of team activity that provide at-a-glance insights into collective progress.

Pattern recognition helps identify trends, collaboration patterns, and productivity insights that might not be obvious from individual activity alone.

Data sources and privacy

Connected integrations automatically pull work activity from tools like GitHub commits, Linear issue updates, Jira task progress, and other connected services. Manual entries let team members add tasks and accomplishments directly in One Horizon when work happens outside connected tools.

Privacy controls

Privacy controls respect individual settings. Team members can mark any task as private, making it invisible to teammates and workspace admins.

Slack integration

The Slack bot (if installed) can also be used to ask questions around teams and the work they did. Slack integration enables team activity discussions. Use the Slack bot to ask questions about team work patterns, recent accomplishments, or specific member contributions.

The Slack integration docs contain some examples of how to interact with team data through the bot.
