Recap
Recap is a tab in My Work. It answers the three standup questions for you: what you worked on, what is planned, and what is blocked.
Recap requires a paid plan.
Read your recap

| Worked on | Completed tasks tied to you. This is what gets reported as done. |
| Planned | Work, meetings, and pull requests that need your attention. |
| Blockers | Work that needs help, a decision, or missing input. |
Captured activity is attached to the matching initiative, bug, or completed task when the match is clear.
Add and adjust work
Add work from any column. Worked on adds a completed task; Planned and Blockers add work with that status. Select an item to inspect, edit, or comment on it without leaving Recap.
Snooze a todo to hide it from Planned and Blockers for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month. Teammates still see it, and it stays in the backlog and search. It comes back automatically when the snooze ends.

Where completed work comes from
Recap fills itself from your connected tools: merged pull requests, commits, issues, and meetings become completed, planned, and blocked work. Captured work explains how.
Completed initiatives and bugs
When you close an initiative or bug, your Preferences decide whether a completed task is added to Worked on.
Who can see what
Set a todo to private when teammates should not see it. Issues synced from Jira, Linear, GitHub, or GitLab do not have this privacy toggle, because teammates may already have access to the source issue in the connected tool.
