Workspace

Use Workspace settings to control members, teams, integrations, taxonomy, and shared data.

Workspace model

Each workspace has separate members, teams, integrations, taxonomy, initiatives, tasks, standups, insights, and data. Users can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them instantly.

Everything in the product is scoped to a workspace. That lets contractors, clients, or partner teams access one workspace without seeing others.

Workspace settings

Workspace owners manage the workspace name, billing, workspace-level danger zone, integrations, API Keys, apps, taxonomy, and member access.

Live workspace state

The dashboard updates live. When a teammate completes a task, changes status, adds a blocker, connects an integration, or disconnects one, the workspace reflects it without a page reload.

Workspace search

Workspace search helps members find work without switching views. Open it from the left navigation search control or with Cmd + K on macOS and Ctrl + K on Windows or Linux.

Search covers initiatives, bugs, feature requests, ongoing work, and tasks in the current workspace. You can search by text or use filters only. Filters include type, assignee, owner, team, status, and taxonomy. Query and filter state are saved per workspace so people can return to the same search.

Workspace setup continues through Members, Teams, and Apps.
