Issue Management
One Horizon lets you edit issues inline and keeps changes synchronized with connected trackers. Update titles, descriptions, status, priority, and assignees without switching tools.
Planned Issues
Your planned issues appear in your daily recap and standup screen. These are in-flight issues from your connected trackers that you're actively working on or are next up.
Each integration determines which issues appear as planned work based on their status, cycles, and activity. Stale issues are filtered out automatically so your planned work stays relevant.
For details on how each tracker defines planned issues, see Jira, Linear, or GitHub integration docs.
Inline Editing
Open any issue to edit its fields directly. Changes save automatically and sync to the source system based on integration mappings.
Editable Fields
Title
Edit the issue title in place. Changes appear immediately and update the external tracker.
Description
Update issue descriptions with full formatting support. The content syncs bidirectionally with your tracker.
Status
Change issue status using dropdown selection. Status options are pulled from your tracker's configuration and map to the corresponding workflow states.
Priority
Adjust priority levels to reflect current urgency. Priority options match your tracker's priority scheme.
Assignee
Assign, reassign, or unassign issues to team members who can work on them.
Integration Sync
Changes sync automatically to your connected trackers. Status transitions follow the workflow rules you've set up in each system. See individual integration docs for specific details.
Issue Lists
Issues appear in your recap and task views alongside other work items. Filter by source, status, or assignee to focus on specific subsets.
Best Practices
Edit issues in One Horizon to reduce context switching during daily work. Use the issue menu to quickly update status and assignees without opening the full tracker interface.
