Legal, privacy, and data protection

Use Send us a message for privacy concerns, data protection requests, compliance and procurement questions, intellectual property claims, and anything else legal about your use of One Horizon.

Before you send a procurement or data protection questionnaire, it's worth reading the Privacy Policy and Security pages. Most of what those questionnaires ask is already answered there, including our subprocessors, where data is processed, and the data processing agreement that applies without a separate signature.

Asking for your data? Tell us enough for us to confirm it's really you. That check is what stops someone else requesting, changing, or deleting your data.

Billing

Invoices, failed payments, refunds, and plan changes go to Ask about billing.

Something broken

Bugs and product problems go to Contact technical support. Tell us what broke and where. The more specific you are, the faster we can reproduce it.

Reporting content

To report content or behaviour that breaks our Terms of Use, use Send us a message. Tell us where the content is and what's wrong with it. We don't scan or automatically filter what people put into One Horizon, so reports are how we find out.
