Profile
Your profile contains your personal info, preferences, and settings. To update your details, go to Settings > Profile in the dashboard. Here you can edit your language and timezone, and toggle 12-hour clock format.
Workspace Switching
The profile menu includes a workspace switcher to move between workspaces quickly. Click your profile icon and select a different workspace from the list to switch contexts without navigating through settings.
Default Workspace For CLI And MCP
In Settings > Profile, use the Default workspace toggle to choose where new work is created when no workspace is specified.
This applies to MCP clients and the One Horizon CLI. If a command or tool call includes an explicit workspace, that explicit value wins.
If you're using AI integrations, see Cursor, Claude Code, or n8n.
Default Send Mode
In Settings > Preferences, the Default send mode setting controls which mode is preselected when you send a task to a coding tool.
There are three modes:
- Plan — break down the task before starting. This is the default.
- Build — start implementing right away.
- Review — check what's left to do.
You can change the mode each time you send a task, or set a default here so the right mode is always ready. The preference is stored per browser.
For details on how tasks are sent to each tool, see Cursor, Codex, or One CLI.
For managing your identities, see the Identities docs.
