Writer mode for existing work, Wiremark, workflow polish

July extends guided writing and visual planning to work you already have, and makes it easier to pick up workflow runs where they stopped.

Writer mode on work you already have

Writer mode used to start only on blank initiatives. Most refinement happens after structure exists: you want to deepen a description, tighten acceptance criteria, or rewrite a section without starting over.

Open an existing initiative, bug, or task from the details header or task menu. The assistant treats it as an edit, keeps revision history through the session, and blocks completed items from going back into writer mode.

Writer mode is also available when you create bugs and ideas in triage, with clearer icons for manual and assisted writing.

Wiremark in planning docs

Text-only specs make UI intent hard to review. Planning and review documents can now include Wiremark wireframes next to markdown and Mermaid diagrams.

Wiremark renders in the rich text editor and in agent output, the same way you already work with diagrams. Expand any wireframe when you need a closer look.

Workflow runs from task details

When a workflow stalls, context used to scatter across runs and task details. From task details you can:

• Resume a stalled run with Continue workflow
• Read run details in a cleaner layout
• Open pull request results directly from runs
• Carry planning artifacts into retries so context is not lost

Task insights in the details panel summarize activity more clearly.

Agents and local workers

The agents overview lives under Workflows, with your workers and recent sessions in one place. Open a local worker to review settings, sessions, and runtime details.

Documents and comments

Share documents from the details panel when you need someone else to read or edit. Unlinking asks for confirmation first, and attachments have a clearer home on task details.

Comment threads preview images inline, so screenshots and other visuals show up without downloading each file.
