Triage API, clearer workflow runs, and better runtime sign-in

September 4, 2026

Highlights:

  • Focused API endpoints for reporting bugs and ideas
  • Collapsible middle steps in long workflow runs
  • System-browser authentication for local runtimes
  • Activity-aware agent turn timeouts

This week makes One Horizon easier to connect to external feedback sources and easier to operate when workflows grow. Long runs remain scannable, local runtime sign-in works with your normal browser, and active agents get more time when they are still making progress.

Report bugs and ideas through the API

External tools can report a bug or idea through focused Triage endpoints instead of constructing a generic task. The API accepts the customer-facing description and supported context, validates the request, and creates an item ready for review in Triage.

This gives integrations, agents, and feedback forms a smaller contract for sending work into One Horizon.

Scan long workflow runs

Expanded workflow runs keep their first and most recent steps visible. When a run contains more than ten steps, the middle is collapsed behind a more steps control and can be expanded in place.

Run menus can also open the related initiative directly, and direct assignments stay visible while their agent is queued or working.

Sign in with your normal browser

When a local runtime needs authentication, Desktop opens the provider's flow in your system browser. This allows password managers, passkeys, and provider-supported browser login to work normally before Desktop resumes setup.

Agent turn timeouts are now activity-aware. A long-running turn can receive a bounded extension while it continues to report meaningful progress, and a genuine timeout appears clearly in the session activity.

Improved

  • Document selection stays hidden until you hover or start selecting, keeping browsing as the primary action
  • The whole document card or row opens the document consistently
  • Inline-created child initiatives remain visible while roadmap filters are active
  • A free QR code generator on the website creates customizable SVG and PNG downloads
  • Billing can be enabled gradually for selected beta workspaces without changing existing work

Fixes

  • Human review notifications open the document or artifact waiting for review
  • Local agents stop claiming new sessions after a confirmed provider authentication failure
  • Continue remains available when the next workflow step reaches its pass limit
  • Task links copied from boards and details views open consistently
  • Workspace deletion completes and updates former members' open sessions
  • Workflow document types are assigned automatically
  • Reassign menus no longer repeat team names
  • Empty pulse sections no longer leave a gap in task details
