Improved GitHub integration and new PR Bot

Our GitHub integration is more powerful and more flexible.

Once connected, your commits and pull requests automatically appear in your recaps and planned work. The AI summarizes your activity into clear daily tasks so you can see what you worked on without digging through GitHub.

We also introduced our GitHub PR Bot.

When installed, the PR Bot adds a clear summary at the top of each pull request, helping reviewers quickly understand what changed. As the pull request evolves, the summary stays up to date and new comments highlight important updates. This keeps reviews focused and reduces back and forth.

The PR Bot also unlocks pull request analytics in Team Insights, giving teams visibility into review volume and delivery speed.

More reliable integrations and identity connections

Connecting external tools is now simpler and more transparent.

You can link Slack and GitHub identities more reliably, and the dashboard clearly shows connection status so it is easy to spot and fix issues if something breaks. This makes integrations easier to trust and reduces silent failures in the background.

GitHub connections are now more flexible, with better control over which organizations and repositories are included, and cleaner handling when integrations are removed.

Faster task editing and smoother workflows

Managing tasks is now quicker and more forgiving.

• Tasks automatically save when you edit them and close the details panel
• URLs now work correctly inside editable markdown fields
• Task sorting and re ordering are more consistent and predictable

We also removed unnecessary loading skeletons and eliminated start and end loading flashes when refreshing, making the dashboard feel faster and calmer overall.

New system appearance setting

In addition to light and dark mode, you can now set One to follow your system appearance.

This means the app automatically matches your operating system theme and switches when your system does.
