Agent worker queue, durable task links, desktop reliability

May 31, 2026

Highlights:

  • Worker queue popover in the dashboard header
  • Shared task links that open the right item
  • Agent worker column and live status in task tables
  • Clearer desktop crash recovery

May focuses on agent visibility and reliable navigation. You can check background work from the header, trust links from notifications and integrations, and see agent activity where you already manage tasks.

Agent work from the header

Agent sessions used to live deep in Settings, which made it easy to lose track of queued or in-progress work. The worker queue button in the header opens a popover with recent sessions, including failures and completions from the last few hours.

Check status without leaving your page, then open the full agents view when you need more detail.

Shared task links land on the right item

Links from notifications, comments, recaps, and integrations now use one opening route. The dashboard loads the task, checks access, and sends you to the right initiative, bug, or day task instead of a generic page that loses context.

Agent workers in task views

You can see which tasks agents are working on without opening each item:

  • Agent worker column on task tables
  • Live worker status while sessions run
  • Resume stale sessions instead of leaving work stranded
  • Send to app moved below Open details for a clearer action order

Board column selection is also more consistent when you customize planning views.

Desktop and GitHub connection improvements

After a desktop crash, the recovery screen tells you what happened and how to get back in.

On GitHub, personal repositories stay off until you opt in, so you choose what connected activity flows into the workspace.
